Refund Policy

1. Service Activation Delays

If the internet connection is not activated within the promised timeline due to a fault on our end, customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the activation charges.

2. No Refund on Used Services

Once the internet service has been successfully activated and used, no refund will be processed for the current billing cycle. Charges are non-refundable after usage, either partially or fully.

3. Plan Cancellation

If a customer wishes to cancel the internet plan before activation, a refund may be processed after deducting any administrative or installation charges, if applicable.

4. Technical Downtime or Service Interruptions

We strive to maintain consistent uptime. However, in case of continuous service disruption (beyond 48 hours) and after verification by our technical team, a pro-rated refund or service extension may be considered.

5. Non-Transferable

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method only. Refunds are non-transferable and cannot be claimed in cash.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.
